THE VIOLENT CRIME REDUCTION ACT 2006
Since the introduction of the VCR Bill in 2006, we are permitted to advertise and take payment for air weapons and/or pressure bearing parts on the internet, but the final transfer of these items must be completed face-to-face with a Firearms Dealer and are NOT PERMITTED by mail order.
Pressure bearing parts = Barrel, Cylinder, Air Reservoir/Cylinder and Moderator. The law therefore means that all guns and component parts subject to the controls of the VCR Bill, must either be collected in person from our Shop. Alternatively, we can arrange to courier such items to a local RFD, from where they must be collected in person.
We are permitted to receive and return by post air weapons for repair.
If there is any doubt about the restrictions covered by the law, please contact us PRIOR to purchase.
DISCLAIMER 1 (KNIVES, CROSSBOWS & OTHER AGE RESTRICTED ITEMS)
Customers buying knives, crossbows or any other age-restricted products must be of appropriate age. The current age limit for such items is 18 years. We take no responsibility for damage or harm caused by our products, and we supply to the consumer with the understanding that they are of legal age for the product sold and are responsible for their actions. Discretion will be used when supplying such items and we reserve the right to refuse the sale of such items.
We strongly recommend that the spares supplies by John Knibbs International Limited are fitted by a skilled gunsmith. We cannot be held responsible for any damage or injury caused whilst fitting or that caused by poor workmanship.

Special offers and reduced items are subject to availability and offered on a first come, first served basis. Postage For UK Customers & Overseas Customers. Please read carefully before ordering.
Postage is calculated at checkout – depending on the delivery type selected.
BE AWARE! – If you select the option ‘1st Class UK Un-recorded - 1st Class Un-Recorded (At Buyers Risk)’ Items will be shipped by First Class Royal Mail Post with NO way of tracing or tracking the parcel. This option is given to allow a cheaper postage cost to you the customer but if selected the delivery of goods is entirely at your risk. John Knibbs International Ltd cannot be held responsible or liable for non delivery or damage whilst goods are in transit. Once the parcel has been collected by Royal Mail the onus for delivery is held firmly with the buyer. Please be absolutely sure that this is the way you require the goods to be delivered before selecting this method of delivery. If you are unsure of these implications please select any of the recorded delivery options for postage.
We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day, but this can not be guaranteed and on rare occasions it can take up to 14 days when we are particularly busy. We will do our best to contact customers when there is a significant delay.
NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY
Orders received after 3.30pm cannot be guaranteed for next working day delivery.
JKI guarantee next working day delivery from the date the order has been processed for dispatch & an e-mail notification to this effect has been received by the buyer. Please also remember that we have no postal collection on a Saturday and we are shut on Sunday & Monday. If you order on either of these three days the goods will not be shipped until Tuesday.
PARCELFORCE 48 HOUR DELIVERY
When ordering using Parcelforce 48 Hour delivery, orders received after 3:30pm on Friday cannot be guaranteed for delivery within 48 hours.
Please also remember that we have no postal collection on a Saturday and we are shut on Sunday & Monday. If you order on any of these days, the goods will not be shipped until Tuesday.

Should you not be satisfied with goods correctly received, please ensure you return them within 10 days from the date of delivery. Provided goods are returned to us in their original condition, packaging, and with all labels still attached, we will refund the cost of the goods, minus a 20% restocking charge. The cost of postage will not be included unless good are received faulty, in which case we will issue a replacement, we will also refund the cost of postage.
DAMAGED GOODS OR GOODS LOST IN TRANSIT
All goods are sent by ‘First Class’ post at the buyer’s risk. 'At Buyer's Risk' means just that - the onus for non-delivery is held firmly with the buyer as John Knibbs International Ltd have no way of tracking or tracing the items once they have been collected from our premises. If this method of shipping is selected by the buyer, John Knibbs International Ltd will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or non-delivery of the purchased items.
It is ALWAYS safer to select the recorded delivery option for shipping to guarantee delivery of goods.
Please examine all packages prior to receipt as signatures are taken as proof of receipt in good condition. All damaged packages MUST be either refused or signed RECEIVED DAMAGED and in either case we must be advised of damage goods within three days of delivery.
CANCELLATION AND ALTERATION OF ORDERS
Orders may be cancelled or altered prior to despatch only. Once an order has been processed, goods must be cancelled/returned as per our Returns Policy.
Any work undertaken as a ‘special order’ cannot be cancelled or returned once work has commenced or order has been despatched.
Prices quoted are correct at the time of production. Prices may have to be altered from time to time and we reserve the right to do this without notice, this includes any amendments to the rate of VAT.
Please ensure that the expiry date on your payment card is valid until after the anticipated dispatch date of your order. Payment is taken at point of dispatch and if your payment card has expired, we will be unable to take payment and will be unable to fulfil your order.
We accept all major debit and credit cards – Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Visa Electron and Maestro Cards. The card used must be 3D secure (check with your bank if unsure)
We accept orders by telephone. These must be paid for at the time of order using one of the major debit or credit cards.
John Knibbs International Limited takes extreme care with the descriptions of all products that appear on our website. However certain specifics such as shade/colour of certain items may have a slight variation to those displayed and any slight variations are out of our control and John Knibbs International Limited can not be held responsible for such slight variations.
The vast majority of our spare parts supplied are new. We do, however, reserve the right to supply good condition second-hand parts, when new items are no longer available.
Products purchased via The Country Store are backed with the manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise stated.
Spare parts and repairs supplied by John Knibbs International Limited are guaranteed for a period of one year to the initial purchaser. Any defects that arise under normal use and service, will be inspected by us and either repaired or replaced as necessary free of charge, provided the item is returned to us as soon as possible after any defect is found. Any modifications, repairs undertaken by a third party, damage either accidental or deliberate, neglect or abuse of any item will render all guarantees null & void.
All of your personal details are held on a secure web server and every precaution is taken to ensure that your transaction is secure. There are no circumstances under which this information might be passed to a third party.
AVAILABILITY AND BACK ORDERS
Our website runs on a live database, which only shows items that are available from stock. Should you request that an item is placed on back order, we will inform you when the item is in stock to arrange delivery. If your order contains multiple items, you can instruct us to either wait for the out of stock item to arrive and dispatch the whole order together, or dispatch your order separately. Postage will be charged for each delivery made..
All prices on our website are quoted inclusive of VAT at the appropriate rate. Your selected delivery destination will determine whether or not VAT is applicable. If VAT is not applicable, then this tax will be deducted from your order prior to your card being charged. Your location may render you liable to import, state, local or other taxes. These taxes are entirely your responsibility. You must include your billing address as it appears on your credit card statement. Our website uses an address verification system to ensure correct billing addresses. We are unable to process orders without the correct address details.
