The Umarex Strike Point .22 Air Pistol is a versatile and powerful multi-pump pneumatic designed for precision shooting and user-controlled performance. Chambered in .22 calibre, this air pistol offers a maximum velocity of up to 520 fps, placing it alongside popular models such as the Crosman 1377 in terms of capability and reliability.
As a multi-pump pneumatic, the Strike Point allows the shooter to control power output by adjusting the number of pumps. For indoor shooting, just 2 pumps are recommended, while 4 to 6 pumps provide consistent performance at typical 10 metre ranges. The pistol can be pumped up to a maximum of 10 strokes for increased power when needed. It is important not to exceed this limit, as over-pumping can reduce performance and may require manual depressurisation.
Constructed with a durable synthetic body, the Strike Point is both robust and lightweight for its size, weighing approximately 2 lbs. 7 oz. Despite its manageable weight, the pistol has a solid, substantial feel in the hand. Key components such as the trigger, bolt and rear sight are metal, ensuring durability in critical areas.
The pistol features a fibre optic front sight with a bright red dot, protected by a sturdy hood, allowing for quick and clear target acquisition in various lighting conditions. Its notably quiet operation makes it ideal for discreet shooting in controlled environments.
With its combination of adjustable power, solid build quality and user-friendly design, the Umarex Strike Point .22 is an excellent choice for both beginners and experienced shooters looking for a dependable and accurate air pistol.
