From all research, this appears to be an early Series 3, and rather unusually the serial number of the air rifle matches the serial number stamped inside the stock. The original open sights are still fitted, with the front sight being grooved for a sight hood. The stock has the early style Webley stock badge fitted to it, and there are two dents just behind the trigger guard on the right hand side. The gun cocks and fires smoothly, with the blueing being in original condition.
