Dating from the early part of this production run, it features the distinct smooth-grip style used before grips received a rougher texture and an extended top in the late 40's. This .177 Smooth Bore air pistol cocks and shoots as it should, making it a straightforward project or a rewarding display piece for any DIY enthusiast or restorer. For a gun of its age, it remains in a good original condition with no cracks in the pistol grips visible, and the frame and barrel plug number all match.
