The Element Optics Helix Gen 2 6-24x50 FFP riflescope is designed to deliver reliable precision, advanced features and exceptional value for shooters who demand consistent performance. Built around a First Focal Plane (FFP) reticle system, this scope ensures accurate holdovers and ranging at all magnifications, making it ideal for both airgun and long-range shooting applications.
The Helix Gen 2 continues to build on the success of the original Helix platform, offering improved tracking, refined mechanics and a user-friendly turret system. Featuring a robust 30mm tube, fully multi-coated lenses and a durable aircraft-grade aluminium construction, this optic is engineered for reliability in demanding conditions.
Equipped with tool-free resettable turrets and a precision zero-stop mechanism, the Helix Gen 2 allows shooters to dial with confidence and quickly return to their original zero. The side parallax adjustment from close range to infinity ensures sharp focus across a wide range of shooting distances, while the 6-24x magnification range provides versatility for both target shooting and field use.
APR-2D MOA Reticle Benefits
This model features the APR-2D MOA reticle, a more advanced “Christmas tree” style reticle designed for shooters who prefer holding over rather than dialling. It provides multiple aiming points for elevation and windage, making it particularly effective in fast-paced or long-range shooting scenarios.
The APR-2D reticle is part of Element’s All-Purpose Reticle (APR) system, developed to balance usability with precision. Key advantages include:
- Consistent MOA subtensions for accurate holdovers at any magnification (FFP design)
- Multiple hold points for elevation and wind drift correction
- Clear centre aiming point for precise shot placement
- Numbered markings for quick target engagement under pressure
- Windage reference dots for improved accuracy in variable conditions
This reticle is especially suited to shooters who engage targets at varying distances and need to react quickly without adjusting turrets, making it ideal for disciplines such as HFT, PRS-style shooting and long-range air rifle use.
